Beta 1.2(1): Only one MIDI cable shown

When you have multiple virtual MIDI cables connected to a device only one of them is shown.

Here you can see that after deleting one cable the other one appears:

I was about to navigate to the connection again when the CP Manager crashed (at the end of the video).
Let me know if you need the crash report.

There's also no connection indicator on the MIDI virtual cable box. I think there should be one (with the number of connections)?

In Beta 1.2(2) multiple MIDI cables are showing up now!
There's still no indicator on the MIDI virtual cable box, though.

...there's still a problem with the connection display of the separate streams, because not all of them show the target when you click on them.
