Midi indicator

A midi indicator for receiving midi would be very handy to trouble shoot network and/or midi problems. A simple LED would be sufficient, just to show CopperLan is receiving something. (But don't react to Active Sensing please )

This would be a really intuitive way of managing the Copperlan configuration.

+1, and maybe even a MIDI monitor showing incoming/outgoing MIDI data, like in MIDI-OX.
