Zoom In/Out

Zoom In/Out

Postby bj_gzp » 19 Sep 2011, 20:55

Hi All,

Is there a zoom function or can scrolling be enabled? when in the CopperLan Manager Edit screen?
I'm checking out the MS-812 Emulator and have to drag the parameter tree around to access all settings.
A scroll-bar or zoom function would be good to have.

Cheers,
Björn

Hi!

Yes sure, you are right. We are brainstorming about this... not so easy to find a universal solution ;-)

So we have different solutions to try, and something will certainly be done during next weeks.

A good example of quickly being able to go to a desired part of the CP manager window would be the minimap in the text editor Sublime Text.

Also, when using the menu for an indexed parameter and moving the mouse to choose an item from that menu, the view shouldn't move.

Hi Peter,

I did not know "Sublime Text", just download it. Yes indeed, the Minimap is a good suggestion. I'll check how to make something similar...

Thanks for the feedback.

The zoom out feature has been implemented in version 1.0(11) of CopperLan Manager.
You should be asked to perform an update on application start (if this update check option is enabled and if connected to internet of course).

Mouse right click zoom out the working area and allow to drag the view area. It's also possible to toggle zoom out mode using a button on the side bar.

Is it OK for you? any comment/suggestion welcome :-)
