Beta 2.0(7): Edit mode not left when clicked outside field

When you edit a text field in the layout tree and then click outside the field, the field remains in edit mode.
So you have to click enter first to exit the edit mode.

On the one hand this can be annoying when you have edited a value and want to jump to another field by clicking with the mouse into the that field and on the other hand this can result in funny displays:
