Feedback when clicking the check version button

Would be nice to get some feedback when you click on the Check for new version button (if there's no new version).
Also it should read Software update instead of upgrade?

(For both CopperPlug and CopperLan Manager)
MacBook Pro 2.5 GHz, OS X 10.9.5
