Jammer to Nuendo via Copperlan

I am sending "Jammer" Midi tracks through one port (16 instruments) of Copperlan to Nuendo. I can't find a way to separate tracks by Midi channel once in Nuendo, so all tracks are playing at the same time. The midi channel selection in nuendo is for the vsti I am linking to, not the input port from CopperLan. I can see the channel number in Jammer but don't know how to tell CopperLan or Nuendo how to process. Any help would be appreciated...
