Copperlan 32 for 64 bit apps

I installed copperlan 64 for my 64 bit system (win7). It works fine with the 64 bit apps, but my 32 bit apps won't see the midiports at all. Would it be possible to install the 32 bit version only to run both 64 bit AND 32 bit apps or do I need to install both 32 and 64 of copperlan to be able to use both?

Hello,
This is strange... I have here a Win7/64 laptop with CopperLan/64, and I can run any 32 bits apps and connect them to the VMIDI ports without any problem (VSTHost, MIDI-Ox, several DAWs...), so the issue is elsewhere.
Can you tell me which 32 apps your are using? so I can try here and see what's going wrong...

Ah I was hoping it would be a known issue, for I am rebuilding some stuff here and figured I might as well make a good working system here. Since all my computers are, due to this reorganisation, down, I can not check on which ones that applied. I will get back on this then later when I did set up at least that machine again. I have many apps so I am not sure anymore on which one(s) that occured since the test was about a week ago, before the reorganisation.
