I just sent you two eMails; one with a complete Visual Studio 2008 project to generate the VSTHost User Exit DLL, the other with the matching VSTHost beta (the current release won't do - too many changes to the User Exit interface for CHAI).

To produce the problem, just run VSTHost in the debugger with the User Exit DLL loaded, but without any CopperLan manager; then, start the CopperLan Manager. That should do it. If not, go to the Editor tab and click on VSTHost. 100% mortality rate on my machine
