here are a few things you can try:
Make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to the Ethernet port on your Mac Studio and the router or switch.
Restart your Mac Studio and your router or switch.
Check your network settings to make sure they are correct.
If you are using a USB-C to Ethernet adapter, make sure it is compatible with your Mac Studio.
