Completely Remove Copperlan Installation on mac m1?

Running Copperlan on a mac mini m1 with Big Sur.
Snapshots remember connections TO the mac but not FROM the mac.
Perhaps if I could remove all traces of Copperlan in the mac and reinstall it would identify the output ports and remember connections. Where can I find all of the bits and pieces remaining after an uninstall?

Is this the only issue you've run into on your M1 Mac? I am thinking of getting one myself and want to keep my AL88c going. Thanks!
